Was Barry Murphy's injury actually a shoulder injury?

Wallace has a leg injury according to the BBC.

BTW, heard from a good source at the game that MOD is out for up to 12 weeks. <!-

Barry Murphy looked really dazed walking off, surprised if it wasn't concussion

It is useless to attempt to reason a man out of a thing he was never reasoned into.

Every plan I have is the best plan in the room. Everybody get quiet and listen to it, and everybody will win

Someone said that Murohy got a knee in the head - so concussion is a probability but he seemed to hold his shoulder as he got up and left the field.

I heard at the match that MOD is out with a broken leg.

Wouldn't be the first time that aconcussion was dressed up as a shoulder injury.

RTE say it was a shoulder injury.

I'd guess "shoulder" injury for murphy as well..

the original press release about MOD said at least 6wks... so it's anyone's guess after that.

BTW also heard delooze may not be back anytime soon either. He should have been back in action about now, but apparently isn't recovering. Very frustrating for him I'm sure.

Wally looked okay on the bench.. no major ice packs or anything..

Did Freddie leave the pitch with an injury as well? I think he may had a thigh injury. Not good for us either.

Was suprised to see Wally coming back on at the start of the second helf. He was looking very uncomfortable at the end of the first half. Must of decided to try and run off the ankle niggle.

Murphy for sure it was a "shoulder" injury. Fair play to the Connacht no 7, saw Barry had problems straight way stopped playing put Barry into the recovery position and protected him from the ruck. True sportsmanship

Ray Ofiosa I think is the westies 7. Played very well too.

I thought twas funny the timing that Freddie went off just as the
uncontested scrums started. with hurley possibly being better in the
loose being a reason for the swap, when he was holding his thigh though
                    I was revising my opinion.

So what is the injury list now:

Foley last update from mike 11 was Jan/Feb - I think

Fla should be back by the Leinster game???

                    Marcus Jan

                    MOD out till Late Jan/Feb???

                    De Looze June???

                    Denis Fogarty Feb ????

                    Murphy 3 weeks?

                    Wallace ???

                    Am I missing anyone?

Do the Munster Physios give the players lessons in shoulder holding ? Very dangerous practice. Murphy was told to go to the dressingroom straight away.
