Clickbait sites - name them and shame them.

The following sites add nothing to Munster Rugby or any discussion concerning our team and therefore anything you read on them should be treated as pure guesswork, especially stuff regarding supposed contract offers and salary details.

Believe them and you'll only get yourself and your knickers wound up.

    I'll start with:-

    1/. Sportsjoe.
    2/. Rugbylad.
    3/. Punditarena.
    4/. The42.ie
    5/. Balls.ie
    6/. Twitter

Please feel free to add to the list.

Some of the newspapers aren't much better either.

    Happy Christmas!

About half of the Indo's rugby output, it would appear - even match reports can be touch & go.
      Tis but a scratch.

Thanks Mig. I must remember in future not to believe everything I read online and in the newspapers.

I like reading Neil Francis, he's controversial, usually wrong in his predictions and definitely not a lickarse.
              David Kelly is good.
The examiner coverage is generally very good imo.

I make a point of not clicking their bait and adding to their coffers. In the case of Murray Kinsella, I used his twitter to get links into his, and only his, stuff on the42. Thus saving me from the banter/lads-being-lads/SocialMediaScrapes etc etc.

Saddens me that people like share and comment on their click-bait nonsense. It's paparazzi/soap-chat/celebrity-gossip culture infiltrating sport
If a man stands in the middle of the forest with no woman around to hear him - is he still wrong?

Just saw the blurb for one of the articles underneath, "Do Dublin really get the credit it deserves?" Now grammar nazism on here is one thing, but what excuse for an editor allowed that to appear on a front page?
