I think Eddie would take anything at the moment. Not sure where is the evidence that he is a superb backs coach in the last 15 years.
Seven social sins: politics without principles, wealth without work, pleasure without conscience, knowledge without character, commerce without morality, science without humanity, and worship without sacrifice

Gert Smal finished up with Western Province recently, would be a good option for forwards coach.

Thankfully Jackman just signed up as DOR with Bective, so he's out of the running.

Phew- that’s a hell of a relief. Handy second job to combine with the burgeoning media profile.

Munster need a new Manager that can help with getting the organization back on track. A guy like Lenihan that has a serious rugby and business brain. Otherwise, Munster will only be painting over the cracks. This role hasn’t worked for a while in Munster.

What role do you want Lenihan in? Manager is not where we need changes to put the "organisation back on track" its skills coaching, attack coaching that needs the work/improvement/changes
Lenihans business brain has what relevance to rugby? When you say manager are you referring to CEO?

Not a CEO... more a Director of Rugby with the head coach reporting into him. The DOR should have responsibility for all rugby in the province.

That isnt a DOR job. You have to have some form of separation between pro and domestic game and you're talking about work Ultan O Callaghan etc do

NO amateur branch members making decisions on the professional game. Rugby in the province is broken from the top to the bottom. Only fast way to fix it is DOR ?

The professional game needs a DOR of it's own.
