    Munster players from July 1st and available to play in any extended season post July 1st if selected.
    Da Allende deal done well before World Cup.

    Well apparently, they're about do to it in France... Most contracts are/were signed on dates/period i/o season.... Should the season resume, we will effectively hear a lot of noise...

    Correct in a normal season. Most contracts end in June ( if they have expired ). Has to be flexibility this year.

    There are. The Pro14 site says

    "No player is eligible to play for a Team in the Guinness PRO14 if he transfers or is registered after the 19 March during the relevant season"
