    C J Stander Appreciation Thread

I think its time to start this and acknowledge all he has and is doing for Munster. The message today was very nice and after the last few months really appreciated. This man alone has done more to repair team and supporters relations by his fearless play on the pitch and honesty off the pitch than any pr department. Well done CJ we are so lucky to have you.

Couldn't agree more. CJ you are now officially a ligind

Probably next year or the year after next they will take some stopping"

Quality player, so committed. Surely a starter at 8 against Wales.

It's one thing to be a hero in a high functioning, high performing side, surrounded by top players. Standing up and performing at that level week in, week out in a struggling and young side is quite something else. Still only 25 years old as well.

Best backrow in the country by an irish country mile,

I can't wait to be outraged when Joe doesn't pick him.

Thats bull. Robin Copeland looked like a world beater for Cardiff a couple of years ago in a struggling side and he is a poor player. Far easier look a good player in a poor side which is what is happening with Stander. He def wont be starting against Wales.

                      against Wales.
ROFLMAO, he is head and shoulders above any other 8 in the country, he showed that last Saturday by dragging the rest up by the scruff of the neck and drove them on to beat SF, he displayed courage, skill, and true leadership, Heaslip could take serious lessons from him.

He's right though, well partly. Stander won't be starting at 8 against Wales.
