The Tipperary, Kerry, Clare, Waterford thread

Surely we can find something to debate to until our eyes bleed?

I mean, what ever came out of Kerry and Clare only a bunch of turncoats. JJ and Woodie? Pah!

And Waterford... finally they produce a player... after how many years? Talk about all take and no give. The amount of money wasted on keeping the club scene going down there. Sure we would have Thomond Park paid off long ago if it wadn't for yee.

Sure didn't we give you Ben Cronin back in the day?? Back in the day

And another thing, I'm sick to the back teeth of all these scrum coaching sessions in Cashel and Clonmel etc. Does Denis Leamy even know where W'ford is???
"There are a lot of points that we’ve left behind and this is with a young group. That probably tells you what they’re capable of and that they’re a very good side.

Probably next year or the year after next they will take some stopping"

I say he does but like the rest of us avoids it at all costs.

This thread just copperfastens the anti-Cork bias in Munster rugby. Not a single mention of Cork in the thread title. No wonder the players are all leaving.Woe is Cork.

First of all, JOD is so good he counts as at least 5 players. Second of all, it's such a pain in the hole for us to drive to Limerick for matches that every €1 we spend down there has the moral equivalent of €5! Thirdly, we've had so much heart break with hurling teams over the last 15 years that it's a miracle we're even opening our hearts to allow another team in.......... we've been hurt before and we know we're just going to get hurt again, but we keep going anyway....... now that my friends is what unreal pashun is all about.

As such, I think we're more than pulling our weight.

Reliable sources have stated that Waterford is to Munster Rugby what Ireland is to Manchester United. Offers great support without any of the recognition, sometimes travelling for days to home matches and being the only branch of its supporters not perturbed by 6.00pm Friday evening kick offs.

hey lads, what about County Limerick.........!! (as opposed to the city)
We constantly get forgotten about here like!
Dont forget POC is a county man! Even tho 95FM would have u believe he was dragged up along side Frank McCourt down some alleyway off O'Curry St, making his way from the gutters to greatness! John Hayes, another COUNTY Limerick man. Conor Murray a COUNTY Limerick man and there are loads more

heart ache??? try being so starved of success that you'll start a pitch invasion if you win the toss.

There's no such thing as County Limerick or Limerick City anymore. There's only Limerick. Or Limerick City and County, if you prefer. See the Local Government Reform Act of 2014 Section 12 Part 2 Schedule 5 Part 1 Chapters 1 & 2
