Post deleted. Utter nonsense wasn't worthy of a response.

great to see tod back but little else to look forward to player-wise that will improve our standing this season
we need to win against somebody soon or will be seen as a target and there will be no 'easy' games
Is there any chance POM will be back before the end of the season?

7th with a losing bonus point - probably the most likely outcome - although bookies have Ulster at -8.

Ha, ha, Hayes last play in a Munster jersey was winning a penalty try against Leinster. The soon to be retired Hayes played the 80 mins, with Ross going off at 70 minutes.

fla maybe at a stretch = best
Best is a very good player, but his throwing is very, very suspect.

DOC lucky to play with POC in his prime, how many Lions caps for DOC?
                4 Test caps. 2 v NZ, 1 v Argentina and 1 v SA.

Sexton the epitome of the modern OH, ROG, while a world class player in his day, sadly showed how limited he was in his final season at international level.
ok so, let Sexton's final season when he is 35/36 define his career.

Any point pops us into the top six.

Ending up in 7th is predicated on reded's suggestion of a Glasgow victory.

In which case Edinburgh, on 28, would need two LBPs to stay ahead of us.

Great stuff guys. Almost a shame the rugby is going to overshadow this thread tomorrow.

As far as I know there are no more Rugby clubs in at least four of the nine counties than there were 20 years ago.
What does your post mean, what are you trying to say here? Ulster rugby is well supported and that's it. They don't really have any stadium other than Ravenhill which can hold the fans. How many games do Leinster play outside Dublin? How many games do Connacht play outside Galway? How many games do Munster play outside Limerick - just a few per year in Cork, a large city with a pontentially large fan base. Why don't they play more down there?

Ulster probably have the largest core support imo, crowds seemed to hold up well through the lean times.

From a business point of view it's ridiculous that Limerick was chosen over Cork for Munster's base.
Limerick people as the purest rugby people in ireland wouldn't be fazed by a measly extra 3 hours in the car. The good humoured banter with the locals in buttevant's moving car park every fortnight would have been mighty

And they'd probably have had to redevelop thomond anyway to cope with the demand to watch the reserves play the dragons or aironi

Oh oh! Maybe there should be a 24hr posting ban if anyone mentions cork v Limerick debate
                              Stand up and fight
