Why bothernaming Buckley at this stage, would we notbe better off playin Timmy Ryan, or is he injured.

Agreed. One from McGovern, Roche or Ryan would be the logical choice now ahead of him.

Would say the same about any players who are not in the frame for next season - including any who may be great servants but are slightly past it. By all means keep them around so they can pass on their thoughts and experience to young 'uns. But it is time to give youth a chance...

McGovern has a more important game this sat than playing in a nothing game V the Scarlets 2nd's....and, the last I saw of T Ryan, he seems very over weight....needs to get in shape if he really wants to make a go of it....

By the way, I hope Munster keep up the tradition of letting all players who are hanging up their boots or moving on play in the final game of the season...its a nice touch......

Piquet is a bit slow off the mark with: "looks weak!"

If its only a one year contract he's on In England then maybe Deccie wants to treat him well before he leaves so that he doesn't leave with a bitter taste in his mouth

so why not give him moregame time before he decided to leave, it must have been discussed between the two of them.
