Munster vs Transvaal (Lions) December 1996

Hi all, I picked this up recently from Heinz Pfluger, he says he swapped it with the Munster full back after a game for Transvaal in December 1996 but I can't find any info on the game, I'm trying to see who played full back that day if anyone knows? Pat Murray or Dominic Crotty I'm thinking.

Pat played vs Samoa and Australia in November of that year just before it but there's no info for the game online that I can see, if anyone has the programme could they check?

Think it was played in Musgrave in early Dec 1995, a draw (16-16 maybe) and pretty sure John Lacey made his debut that day(possibly on the wing thou)...look up the times or examiner archives for the Saturday/Mondays around then and you should get a match report...it was a big crowd for a Munster game back then!

This thread is like an episode of CSI.

Thought I was making some progress, link indicated it should be there but they must have sold the programme. Found some nice stuff about the Royal Munster brigade in the angloboer war too
