    By The Editor

Munster A face Plymouth Albion at Waterford's Regional Sports Centre this Friday in the British and Irish Cup (ko 7:30pm).

A win would move Munster A level on points with Friday’s opponents at the top of Pool 4 in the British and Irish Cup.Peter Malone’s side will be desperate to bounce back after their first defeat of the season away to Plymouth last Friday.
The English side have lost their last three games in the Championship but have saved their best form for the B&I Cup with three victories from three games so far.
Their most recent win came against Munster A last weekend on a 17-7 scoreline at Brickfields.
Fijian international Sam Matavesi and Tom Bowen were the try-scorers for Plymouth on the night with the solitary Munster A try coming from Ronan O’Mahony and converted by Johnny Holland.
It’s three years since Munster A last played in the Waterford venue and Head Coach Peter Malone is looking forward to bringing his side to the Regional Sports Centre.
“We played there a few years ago and it’s a great facility, it’s a nice little stadium with a sports track around it so it’s a good environment to play in.”
“The pitch is absolutely perfect there, it’s nice to play in different venues and bring the game to different parts of the province so we’re looking forward to that.”
Tickets can be purchased online here and will also be available at the gate on the night.

Regardless of the row about CJ, that back row has a lovely balance to it, I am a big fan of Barry O'Mahony. Niall Scannell captaining again even with Billy Holland playing is positive.

In all honesty, think he's running a fine line of being kept on, haven't seen anything exciting or defensive solidarity from Harry (just my honest opinion), can't get into the centre at G'owen ahead of Andrew O Byrne. Goggin playing 13 week in and out with YM. Kenneally another one to jump ahead of NcNulty after just coming in.

Just on line now. Bloody phone

We are playing well enough so far, got first penalty then they got one down other end 3 all

                We are attacking again
"There are a lot of points that we’ve left behind and this is with a young group. That probably tells you what they’re capable of and that they’re a very good side.

Probably next year or the year after next they will take some stopping"

Stander controlled ball well at the back of our scrum that was under pressure. We are on their 22 now

Cross field kick from J Holland almost let Sweetnam in in the corner. Taken out off the ball but no action taken

Plymouth worked ball down pitch again and won penalty. 6-3 to them

Great chip chase we have 5m scrum on RHS of field.

Seems good crowd here, couple of thousand?

We're kicking to corner a lot but their line out is not bad
