Munster, along with Leinster and Ulster, are among the Tier 1 sides and therefore cannot meet the likes of reigning champions Toulon, beaten finalists ASM Clermont Auvergne or Toulouse in the Pool stages.

I wonder if BOPB being out will make much difference t the "draw" or will some other French team inherit Zebre, Connacht and Cardiff. At least Connacht will be waiting in the long grass and if they get a decent group could have a shot at the QF.

I think Munster will need to be up against it from the off if they are to succeed, so now easy teams - except RM maybe...

Lads how many times must it be said:
        1. ALL Pools must have an English Team AND a French team.
        2. One Pool this year will have two French Teams.
        3. Apart from the Pool with two French Teams, there cannot be any Pool with more than one team from the same country in it.
        4. It is, therefore, IMPOSSIBLE for an Pool to have Connacht, Zebre and Cardiff in it.
        5. It is similarly IMPOSSIBLE for a Pool to have Cardiff, Edinburgh and Zebre in it.

Of course it is, for two reasons:
                  • See Point 1 in Post 4 above
                  • Dragons aren't in the HC next season.

Can we play Treviso in PuC?
We'll engrave your name in gold, as we did in days of old.

Is there some new treaty of which I am unaware that has incorporated one of the above three into England?

Only in Hurling, Gaelic Football, Camogie or Ladies Football.

EDIT Rounders would be acceptable also and Handball if a Ball Alley is incorporated into the new PUC design

Its a pity Ulster and Leinster are also in tier 1, would love to have a shot at one of them in the pool stages
