I thought that you would have been in quicker than that, Point, seeing how poor spelling annoys you so.

Hmm, I don't think he'd the best option to be honest. He loses the head a bit and I don't think the extra pressure will do him any favours.

He should have been captain since hs start of season
O Gara makes most of the calls anywho and controls most of the plays
He seems to play off hie ego so being catpain should up his game
hope he has a great 1

I was giving him time to recover from his obvious mistake, Paulie.

While I wouldn't say he doesn't deserve this honour, its not a good choice in my opinion. Munster's reputation has always been their forwards ability to control a game and the captain should be one of the forwards, where his influence to control the pack can be used to best effect. On Friday night, the whole team have to give it 100%, but its in the pack that the platform for a win will come. I cant say I know the talkers and motivators in the pack, but Flannery, Hayes or Quinnie would be my choice.

So you are talking through your hole then.

It'll be either the absolute making of him, or a complete disaster.

Here's hoping for the former.

AFAIK O'Gara has been captain before, mind not in a QF HC game but he is one of the vice captains as selected by the team. Don't think it will have any bearing on how he plays.

I think it was against Connacht in Musgrave a season or so ago.

I agree with you on your second sentence though.
