    Munster blogs

Would it be a good idea to have a post dedicated to Munster blogs? There are some great ones about and it would make it easier to find updates than having them embedded in various posts. I did a search for blogs and I don't see another post on the forum but if I missed it please send the link. To start it off here's one I wrote last month: http://wp.me/p2RhO9-1 Hopefully the coming 3 weekends of home games will give me plenty of material for the next edition.

He was as lame as a duck. Not the metaphorical lame duck either, but a real duck that was actually lame. Maybe from stepping on a land mine or something.

We used to offer a blog facility Dearg Doom but no one made use of it. Would you be interested in blogging here if we reintroduced it?

Probably... that was my first blog on rugby but I have been blogging on other topics for a few years. I enjoyed it so will probably do it on a regular basis now that I have started

We had a blog feature but it wasn't properly used, we could reopen it on a on-demand basis, which means that it would be restricted to users who have asked and are motivated to keep a blog up.

Personally think a thread with links would be plenty. I wouldn't restrict it to just Munster blogs either (include the likes os Demented Mole etc.).

                Rugby Matters

Here's a blog (Rugby Matters) that does a good bit of background work on Saracens, and how Stringer has the inside line on them. Also touches on why exactly it is that adidas are making Munster a one-off jersey for next weekend...

Interesting feature in wordpress to track clicks through from the forum, twitter etc so I am seeing if i get more clicks from putting the link into a relevant thread (14 hits from Saracens PA thread on Monday) or here in a central blog post... I suspect the former...

A nostalgic look back at the 2008 game v NZ this week - well worth rewatching the game and seeing the great performances put in by players should as Coughlan, Ronan and Ryan, as well as the more established players and of course that Haka...hope you enjoy reliving it through http://westterraceview.wordpress.com/

Feeling nostalgic for Christmas so took a look back at the classic game in 2008 v the All Blacks. Great to see that performance again and see how far some of the lesser known players have come since - D Ryan, Coughlan, Ronan and Holland now well established and of course our first unfortunate introduction to Monsieur Poite... Hope I captured the essence here http://westterraceview.wordpress.com/

The blog has been updated with last nights game http://westterraceview.wordpress.com...tmas-cheering/, although after reading the thread on that game I have to advise I take the glass half full view and focus on the supporters experience rather than critiquing the game as there is plenty of that already on this forum... happy new year.

Took a different approach for this weeks blog as I was not attending the game in Cork - glad I did not make the 540km round trip after watching the game...hopefully Edinburgh will feel the backlash next weekend.
