Marcus Horan out for 5-6 weeks

Marcus Horan tore a claf muscle during the Ireland V Australia test match.

He announced earlier on the BBC that he expected to be out for 5 to 6 weeks. As a consequence, he will miss the last test against the Pacific Islands and as well as the consecutive Heineken Cup pool games against Cardiff.

We wish you all a quick recovery!

Get well soon. Bad luck but at least he will be back well in time for the big games.

Would love to see Hurley and Timmy Ryan. Le Puc's form hasnt impressed.

Anyone know if it's the same leg as last season?

Puc's the best technical scrummager we have.Hope the two lads learn from him. He's calling it a dayat the end of thisseason I think.

Same injury, different leg. Le Puc to come in and perform admirably for the rest of the calendar year

I think our scrum may be stronger with El Puc, but our lineout is likely to suffer. Puppy definitely offers more in the loose too.

But who will come up to the bench?
                              Is it only a game?
