    Munster A Vs.......?

Is there any "A" matches scheduled with the other provinces during the 6N schedule? This would be an opportunity to keep the provinces ticking over and allow for trying out different combinations of academy players and players not on the national squad.

Munster are due to play Canada on the 18th of March. With Ireland in Italy that weekend, that will effectively be a Munster "A" team. By the way, has any venue been announced for that game? Presumably Muzzer with TP out of commission.

The 2 ML games playerd during the 6N will effectively be A games...but some of the other players wil be playing with Ireland A/u-21 also during that period, as well as for their clubs....no more games really needed.....

Always hate this time of the season, just as the H.Cup has effectively shut down for 10 weeks and there's not much ML action to keep us occupied in the meantime.

Yeah, Yeah, I know, The Circus is back in Town, and the Carney will have his Big-Top open again for the Corporate Entertainment Hoors and their Wives.

No better time than this to Support our local Rubgy Clubs I guess? Here's hoping they'll get the support they deserve.

<TD =article>They travel to the north (venue to be confirmed) next Tuesday to play Ulster and the following Tuesday play Leinster in Portlaoise RFC.

Meanwhile on the injury front, Anthony Foley is expected to be out of action for 4-6 weeks with a strained calf muscle injury picked up in the game against Leicester. John Kelly will not do any training for the next fortnight after sustaining a rib injury that forced his withdrawal from that game in the 21st minute of that game and Barry Murphy was forced out of the national training camp with a finger injury.

Murphy is expected to be fit to join the national squad next week.</TD></TR></T></TABLE>
