For those travelling from Cork, road works in Buttevant will cause significant delays, divert via Doneraile or consider other alternatives

Works in Buttevant is just a constant irritation. What the hell have they been doing there for the last decade that would take this much time to get sorted.

more info for those taking part in the Guard of honour tomorrow
Thank you for volunteering your time and taking part in something we hope will be very special.

We will be meeting outside the ticket office in the family fun zone area, please arrive at 12.50pm sharp.

Some points to note for your safety:

                    - We will be lining a main road on a match day. Traffic, both vehicles and people, will be exceptionally heavy and all relevant/appropriate rules of the road must be followed at all times.
                    - When crossing the road please use the traffic lights
                    - Please mind your step, watch out for vehicles & people and listen to any direction that the MRSC reps, Gardai or Stewards will be giving you. We don't want to cause any obstructions or worse accidents!

Children are very welcome but at all times children in attendance are the responsibility of their parents/guardians or a ‘responsible’ adult nominated by parent/guardian.

If you are on facebook/twitter feel free to take a few pictures on the day and post them using the hashtag #MunVOsp or email them to us after the game.

We cannot wait to see you and remember be red, be loud, be proud and Stand Up And Fight!

They're busy continuing to build a town on a main route.

Bad tailbacks already at Cork side of Buttevant and we haven't even got to the Bermuda triangle of Charleville

The traffic gods aren't with Munster fans: M7 closed between exits 19&21; Clonmel-Tipperary road closed; Buttevant & Charleville the usual mess. God speed to all travelling here.

I had to divert at Clonmel via Cashel. Never saw so many horseboxes in one day. Lost about 35 mins on the usual time and missed the guard of honour as a result

Really thought it was going to be one of those days but TG we won

Probably next year or the year after next they will take some stopping"
