Staying in Milton Keyes Good Pubs?

Anyone know some good pubs in Milton Keynes for after the match?

There are no pubs at all in the vicinity of the stadium as it's surrounding by retail parks and industrial estates. The nearest are going to be a couple if miles south, at either Fenny Stratford or Bletchley (which are the older areas), but as I've not been that way for a few years I can't say which ones are worth a visit.

In other directions its all more modern pubs serving the housing estates that have filled in the gaps between the old towns and villages that were incorporated into the new town when Milton Keynes was created in the 1970s.

Are there buses / trains to and from the stadium?

MK Dons organise buses for their home games - lets hope Saints do as well. It's well over a mile from the train station to the Stadium:MK.

The nearest main-line station is Bletchley - which is about a half-hour stroll to the stadium. Milton Keynes Central station is quite a bit further away and, I understand, has a limited bus service to the area where the ground is.
