    Info about Geneva, Swiss Rugby + Travel

    <div><tt>@@@@SPAN style="font-size: 8.5pt; color: black;">
    <div>Here's some answers from the FSR ( Swiss Rugby ) about various issues about the game and what's happening in Geneva and Swizterland</div>
    <div></div>
    <div></div>
    <div>Does Switzerland receive the Heineken Cup, Super 14 and Tests on Television?</div>

    <div>Yes, Switzerland receives all of the above plus the NPC and French competition etc because one can subscribe to SKY TV or Canal Plus while the French channels (TF1, France 2 and France3, which are broadcast in Switzerland through the TV licence show Heineken Cup matches(two a weekend) and all of the Six Nations
    matches.
    </div>

    <div>Will the fans be welcome in Geneva or will be a culture shock for the place!</div>

    <div>Fans can expect a sensational atmosphere. There are four rugby clubs in Geneva and five more within an hours drive and the place (even the country) is buzzing with the idea that the Heineken Cup will be coming to Geneva. Everyone keeps asking, is it coming? Is it coming?</div>

    <div>We are still awaiting confirmation from Bourgoin but it will be a massive weekend for everyone involved if the match is played in geneva - the players, the administrators and the fans.</div>
    <div>
    </div>
    <div>Is it expensive to stay in Geneva and what places would recommend? (Including
    websites).</div>

    <div></div>

    <div>Geneva isn't expensive when compared with neighbouring countries. 6chf for a beer (4 euros) isn't too bad while cheap accomodation can also be
    found.

    <div><tt><tt>@@@@SPAN style="font-size: 8.5pt; color: black;">[b]Football, Ice Hockey and Skiing are the three major sports in Switzerland. Rugby is one sport (of many) which is fighting to gain a presence with the local media but things are on the improve. The Switzerland Rugby Union recently appointed a press officer (yours truly) which is helping the sport gain a presence in the national community through regular communication and publicity. There is a regular bus service from Lyon airport to Geneva (4 times a day I think...). However it's around 60 yoyos one way
