Could be an option if the Puc and Timmy Ryan leave, I'm cross threading here!

Eddie knew what he was doing when he didn't cap Bracken on that SH tour a few years ago.

His masterplan was to have Bracken play for the USA all along.

Bracken is helping out the USA Super League outfit, specifically with their scrummaging and runs a company that provides specialist advice to improve technique (www.thescrumdoctor.com).

Can we sign up a few of the Munster front row?

He is a very erratic scrummager. Could do damage but was also liable to concede a lot of penalties.

Easily said in retrospect, but he made a mistake leaving Wasps when he did. He wasn't a starter, but was getting quite a bit of gametime due to rotation. The Bristol move and everything since were a disaster (from the pro rugby perspective).

could he be a viable replacement for Brugnaut?

Hmmm, interesting. I'd have thought he'd make a good squad player

Watched him with Bristol in Oct 2008 - such a slow man around the park
                              even for a prop.

I just don't think he'd have the legs to play at this level.
