I'd be 100% sure I know exactly who did it too. The style is unmistakable

Don't wear your studs in the car or your parents are liable to kill you! There is simple under armour with padding in them and very easy to wear. Have a dedicated kit bag to hold your tracksuit bottom and hoodie and so that when you put your gumshied away, amazingly enough it will be in the pocket of the bag the next time you need it.

Most important item is your gumshield, wear your gear under a tracksuit bottom and a hoodie, you don't want to look like you've just bought all new gear.
I'd leave the scrum cap and the pads at home the first day anyway.
As for a position just go wherever the coach suggests.

  • What position should I play and questions about rugby protection.

I am 16 male 5ft2" and weigh 9 stone and I am starting rugby soon but I have questions. What position would best suit me?Should I wear a scrum cap no matter what position I am in.What are the advantages to the scrum caps other than preventing cauliflower ears? What is it like to wear the scrum cap? And what is it like to wear shoulder pads? Do I show up the training with all my gear on also?

    Thanks.
