Good stuff protesters jailed and not one person involved in the debacle that brought this country to its knees has suffered any inconvenience in 5 years. Justice is truly blind.

Just look at the film of the scumbags blocking up the of Dublin and the asshole from Bailiboro, setting up his compo claim against the GardaĆ. Not a day missed from work by any of them and the crowd that will be out to greet another ill advised Love Ulster march should it happen. Know a poor lad making a menial living on sub contract installing meters and he tells me that the verbal abuse and threats from these knackers each and every day is sickening. Threats of physical harm are regular and oddly unfilmed by these people. It is irrelevant that there is nobody in jail for collapsing the country - these people have taken on themselves to make their own laws, aided by the former (?) killers of SF and the Trots of Socialist Workers Party aka People Before Profit and the Socialist Party aka AAA. Maybe some of you could do as I did and actually go see one of these meter protests - as my man says, they get a smaller crowd abusing them on Social Welfare day. A bigger bunch of dole drawing, professional layabouts I have rarely seen outside of a District Court day.

But don't you and the rest of the headbangers tell us that you and I pay for water already?

Why did the "scum bags" appear? Because we have a government of useless people. Look to the government who are creating this mess with their polices. Quislings they shame Ireland and should be removed. Those people I suspect have had enough of what passes for laws in this country and that I can understand.

                                Ah, stop.

Domestic water charges were recommended by the Taxation on Commission back in 2009, because not charging wasn't working either to raise the revenue needed to prevent waste or to discourage waste. It was accepted as domestic policy, and accepted as such, but that FF/Green government didn't have the balls to bring it in, even when they accepted it, and had to be told: FFS, enforce the revenue-raising you committed yourselves to.

That's the long and short of it. It's our own policy, but, typically, we had to be given a funt into actually doing what we'd accepted as being right.
