Ok. Stole the line from someone else, and though it was non capped game against Baa Baas Engerlund have just succumbed to their fourth defeat in a row, let’s see what excuses they and Whinging Aussie and SJ find for this, can it get any better,

        England 45 Barbarians 63.

Apparently the highest number of points ever scored against England at HQ in over 100 years of rugby. Chris Ashton getting a hat trick for the Baa Baas must have been a joy for Eddie Jones to behold.

I enjoyed the game - some brilliant tries
"There are a lot of points that we’ve left behind and this is with a young group. That probably tells you what they’re capable of and that they’re a very good side.

Probably next year or the year after next they will take some stopping"

And he certainly wasn’t shy about his desire to be back in the England team before hand either- because of Sarries and Exeter yesterday, no one in the media will be too bothered- but if the SA trip doesn’t start well, serious questions will be asked- and then this defeat will be added to the tally. Amazing to see Mickey Steele-Bodger in the crowd- 93 in September-it was all a bit end of season party pieces and picnics- really- especially in contrast to the Top14 and PRO14 games we’ve had in the past fortnight.

England were pretty poor but some of the Baa Baas’ tries were sublime. Incredible offloads all over the place.
