          How Denis McBride got continually capped I'll never know.
          He's a guy who gets up at six o'clock in the morning regardless of what time it is.

                Everybody used to throw one handed.

                Indeed, back when the wingers used to throw in, one stood facing the corner flag, with the ball in one's outstretched hand, arm fully extended and parallel to the ground.

                The straight arm was then brought into the upright position, delivering the ball into the Line-out.

                      Always liked McBride. Not big, but fast, smart, a good spoiler and link man. I remember a great try he scored against Wales straight off the back of a lineout in the Rugby World Cup in South Africa.
