Cardiff Calling: Ireland v Wales, Sat 14 Mar, 2.30

I reckon this will be a cranky affair after last year's mismatch.

Ireland mauled Wales to death in Dublin last year, and it's something we haven't really seen a huge pile of yet this 6N.

Hopefully it'll be a game that lives up to the hype and the billing. Wales will be confident after winning in Paris and they get better when they are confident. If anyone is DYING to piss on our chips it's Gatty

        They're waiting for us!

Unless it was snowing I'd always vote for it open, I think having a closing roof is a fantastic benefit, but rugby is a game for outdoors, swirling winds greasy ball etc

Cranky and difficult. Wales play a less intelligent version of Schmidtball: Low-risk & tight rugby, force penalties, let 0.5p build up a lead. Too close to call in my mind

0.5p, North and L. Williams won't be as weak under the high ball as England were either

Speaking of L. Williams, it was lovely to see Huget absolutely bury him in a tackle on Sat

Methinks Naomh Joe will double-bluff Gatty into having the roof whichsoeverwhichway Joe wants it.
                      An open and shut case.

I am sure it will be a massive issue for Gatland!!

How many sugars he gets in his tea is a massive issue for that cantankerous tosser. I don't expect the same war of words from him this year though as they really bit him in the hole last season. Schmidt will say very little either, his players will do his bidding on the pitch.
