3rd best Irish lock right now?

I know its academic as MOD has been picked but am curious to know if everyone agrees with EOS..

I've only included players who have a realistic chance of a place in case anyone is wondering about Donnacha Ryan, Devin Toner, etc.

MOK and McCullough are both injured. Otherwise i'd have picked MOK.

Doh!, forgot about the injuries although MAL is playing tomorrow night againstt Treviso so he must be on his way back. Can I change the thread and Poll title to "Who is the 3rd best Irish Lock at the moment?"

Is this MO'D's first start against a Top 10 rugby nation?

O'Kelly if fit, MOD hasn't lived up to the standard he set for himself last season, should have given Hogan a run, but knowing Cooder, regardless of how poorly Micko plays, Hogan won't get a run until at least 70 minutes, if at all...

Casey has 2 problems. Firstly EOS will not select him. Secondly, EOS has taken Irish rugby down a route that Big Bob isn't right for, i.e. fast mobile play.

I was under the impression Hogan was relatively lightly built for a lock, while he was here - am I wrong, or has he bulked up much since?

As far as I know he still is relatively light might also add he's 26 or 27 so unlikely to bulk up much now.

                            fast mobile play fair enough,

but if thats the case why is he picking MOD?
