Would probably have Skrela at 10, Morgan at 15 and Domnici at 11

I'm finding 11 the most difficult. Of the week-end's 11s

Robinson - lost it he jinks and stepsand then runs straight into the tackler - he's lost it.

Hickie - great form but really gettin on a bit.

                  Patterson - didn't do much

Dominici - didn't do much more but I like the french

Praticetti - don't know much about him

Williams - a bit like robinson these days - dancing feetbut not the force he was.

                    apologies............ feck it

what about last Wednesdays backline, around 7.39......... pm not am.....

He was as lame as a duck. Not the metaphorical lame duck either, but a real duck that was actually lame. Maybe from stepping on a land mine or something.

Was Hickie really get on a bit when he ran down Chris Patterson on Saturday?

Young Catt was the man who won it for England, set up the 6N for us, and was coolness personified - Controller-in-chief. Miles aheacd of the former Newcastle OH.

Geraghty is the incumbent-in-waiting. Not yet there, but looks promising.

                        ------------------------------ -----------------

As rgds the picks - centres are BoD and D'Arse.

Wings - Strettle and (young) Hickie.

Girve was better than the French guy, but would you pick the Italian or Patterson instead?

                        Hard to pick the halves.

Can't see much wrong with that. Hook I am told was also good when he played at 10 for a short part of the Wales match.

Geraghty wasn't that good - all he did was run straight up the middle - why the French didn't tackle him I have no idea.
