Gary Longwell has been called up.
New infraction avoidance policy: a post may be described as imbecilic, but its author should never be described as an imbecile.

It has been confirmed that Ireland second row Paul O'Connell has
been ruled out of the Italy game due to a fractured thumb in his right
              hand.

O'Connell will see a specialist tomorrow morning to determine if the
injury requires surgery on the hand and also the length of recovery.

Isaac Boss is still recovering from his shoulder injury and is definitely ruled out of selection for next weekend.

Marcus Horan will continue with his rehabilitation on his calf
strain that he picked up on Friday and at this point he is not ruled
              out of selection.

I'd put MOD in there in a flash. It also gives Trevor Hogan a possible chance. It's about time some of those players got a chance, noit this way, but through a carefully planned, coherent player/squad development policy. However, it's not Eddie's mindset, it's his set mind.

At least now we'll know how the replacements stand (well one of them anyway).

What in the name of jesus has it to do with EOS? Who should have been playing instead of DOC or POC?

If anything, it's been his insistence on having MOD away from Munster that's cost him match time.

Mal O'Kelly? Casey? Might as well start himself.
