Yes, scoreline got ugly, the Italian SH is one smart player, for me there is no way Kruis gets to block down 2 kicks, which result in tries, Kruis's technique is very good but I think he is offside all the time, no way is he behind the back foot from the ruck and he ain't got the speed of Usain Bolt to close down the SH that quick, 14 points resulted.

Didn’t watch all of it but that young Italian second row looked very good. Great athlete.

England looking powerful though. Tuilagi makes a massive difference to them.

See the English rugby press all saying their latest south sea island recruit Joe Cok is the next next Lomu, Falatau, etc rilled into one.

Nearly every big winger these days especially if theyre of island heritage seems to be the next Lomu these days.
He's a good player but as usual with english press he'll be pushed as something far bigger than he necessarily is/will be

Would love to know how a lad like Stockdale would handle Lomu. He’s a bit more substantial than Irish wingers were back then.

Missed the first 20 minutes of Italy-France, got the telly on in time to see Ntamack kick a penalty for France to go 6-10 ahead. Have I missed anything interesting?
                Tis but a scratch.

Ah, Italy have no luck at all!!! Grubber kick through with players chasing it and it clips off the padding at the base of the post allowing a French player to dive on it ... and then Italy are held up over the line from the next movement after mauling over.

And then the third attempt ends with a knock-on at the line.

                      Can't see how that wasn't a try.

Italy built a 6 point lead and steamrolled the French scrum. Guirado eventuallt went off with a rib issue at which point the Italian scrum was destroyed. Brunel is a strange old fish
                        Gwan Joe!!

                          This referee is useless.

On a side note, the best thing for Italy going into the World Cup would be for Parisse to retire. He was always a show pony but he's close to useless now he's way past his best.

                            That's not likely to occur

I thought Parisse was good in the past but I now believe Italy play much better with him on the sideline. R.E. ref, where is the Yellow?

Was that referring to the phase the TMO reviewed, before the knock-on? Have to say I thought it had been grounded on the line alright.
