Following the recent online ticket sale for members on Ticketmaster, a full system of post purchase verifications has identified a number of non-members or bogus members who subsequently tried to re-sell their tickets above face value.

These tickets have now come back to the @@@@SPAN style="FONT-WEIGHT: bold">Irish Rugby Supporters Club@@@@/SPAN> and will be entered in a ticket ballot for all eligible members. Those members who successfully purchased tickets in the online sale will not be eligible for the ballot. This is to give those who did not get to purchase a chance to be at the game.

Ticketmaster are satisfied that all other purchases match member data.

In addition to the above tickets, the ballot will be boosted by extra tickets for the game against <COUNTRY-REGION>France</PLACE></COUNTRY-REGION>. These tickets have been returned to the IRFU from @@@@SPAN style="FONT-WEIGHT: bold">Visiting Union allocations.@@@@/SPAN>

The lucky members drawn will be allowed to purchase @@@@SPAN style="FONT-WEIGHT: bold">two tickets.@@@@/SPAN> The draw will be made on @@@@SPAN style="FONT-WEIGHT: bold">Friday@@@@/SPAN> and the successful members will be contacted early next week.

Members do not need to register - All eligible members will be automatically entered in the draw. An eligible member is anyone who was eligible for the original sale but did not get to purchase.

These members will then be contacted next week by our ticketing department to arrange the purchase and delivery/collection of these tickets. Winners of the ballot will be randomly selected from the data file of eligible members.
