Canada 27-10 v HK in soggy Marseille. Was a decent watch. Germany 43-6 Kenya also.

Germany can't qualify now after losing to Canada yesterday.

Canada are on ten points with Hong Kong on five, Germany on four and Kenya on zero.

Hong Kong must beat Canada "5-0" to qualify otherwise Canada will go through.

Still think Canada will have too much for them though
Yes losing the wild academy players affected germany considerably but not sure they would have finished ahead of others anyway.
Hopefully Canada and in particular, Shane O Leary, can qualify.

I don't think you can read too much into the rankings. HK and Kenya don't get enough meaningful games to make the ranking relevant. Canada get a mixed bag with some whippings from the big boys every year and then a mix of games against other tier 2 often without their front line players. The ranking for the ENC teams should be fairly accurate as they get regular competitive games against teams of a similar standard - but as others have said Germany's ranking is skewed by the infighting between the Union and Wild
