            The Australia Rugby Union had a lot to lose by fighting a battle that is essentially a constitutional issue for the entire country. Should religious freedom have any boundaries? And where does belief stop and hate speak start?

            It would have been good to see a precedent set but it’s probably going to have to wait before religion gets put in its box with regards the nonsense it can spout.

                It's unfortunate it had to be settled like that and words like "vindication" being thrown about are sickening. I'd love to know was it purely ARU who decided course of action or was there any government nudging/funding to make it go away
