Brexit and it's potential impact on European Rugby

So now that the Brits decided that they want to go their own way, what is its potential impact on the ECC or Challenge Cup?

This http://www.skysports.com/more-sports...rts-to-britain article gives us an idea about the limitations they might face. Will they throw their toys out of their pram again?

Confusing for them for sure. They play for Ireland (ROI}, yet need to respect the UK visa laws...

Maybe not an issue for rugby but the Bosman rule will go out the window as well.

More attraction to the SH players to head to T14 than AP if the sterling keeps sinking

For UK clubs yes, but they can attract Europe based players under it.

The Kolpak ruling is a European Court of Justice ruling handed down on 8 May 2003 in favour of Maroš Kolpak, a Slovak handballplayer. It declared that citizens of countries which have signed European Union Association Agreements have the same right to freedom of work and movement within the EU as EU citizens. Thus any restrictions placed on their right to work (such as quotas setting maximum numbers of such foreign players in sports teams) are deemed illegal under EU law. The legal actions in Germany set a precedent for professional sports in Europe, which have had a wide-ranging effect, especially in regard to English county cricket and European professional rugby.
