    This may not be the best one of all time but just thought I d start with this:

            What people forget about that one was Spencer deliberately touched down there to make the kick as hard as possible. Kicking the conversion meant that the Crusaders missed out on the play - offs that year on points difference. He nailed it over the black spot. Arrogance of highest but he backed it up.
            He's a guy who gets up at six o'clock in the morning regardless of what time it is.

              yeah, it was in the midst of the Mertens/Spencer debate too. The whole play was arrogant, 30 seconds on clock, winning, and to pull that. But its a seriously good try.

                    I think for some of the all time great tries the French would have to be up there as a nation of brilliant scores if not the best.
