    Rugby songs

Can someone plz tell me what this is about?!?!?Did they really sing this?

The bawdy rugby songs should be encouraged
<DIV =LeadPara>SIR - With the England v France game fast approaching, not to mention the World Cup in France, I wonder if anybody could refresh my memory with the words for the alternative (i.e. rugby) version of the French national anthem? As I recall, the last two lines were: </DIV>
<DIV =LeadPara>"A Frenchman went to the lavatory but found no paper in the bog.'' </DIV>
    <DIV =TailParas>And the refrain was: </DIV>
<DIV =TailParas>"Ou est le papier? Ou est le papier?'' </DIV>
<DIV =TailParas>What a pity the great after-the-match classics, such as "The eagles they fly high in mobile,'' "The sexual life of the camel'' and "The good ship Venus'', are no longer heard in our rugby clubs. </DIV>
<DIV =TailParas>Are there any clubs left who still regard rugby as a fun game and encourage after-the-match sing-songs and other traditional jollifications? </DIV>

        She licks her corgis clean"
I could dance with you until the cows come home. On second thought I\'d rather dance with the cows until you come home.
