Hi. I am heading up to Ravenhill this year for the away game for the first time. Would anyone have any recommendations on where to go in the stadium and what area of Belfast to stay in?
    Thanks very much

Can't remember what the recommendations were for accommodation, but there are usually a couple of relatively affordable hotel options in the city centre. If you haven't got your ticket already, sort it now as when I got mine a few weeks ago it was already close to a sell out. Usually there'll be some clusters of Munster supporters on the west terrace, but this time a few of us will also be up in the grandstand on that side. The stand behind the goals at the south end (where they put the brass band) is designated as the family area, so no alcohol will be allowed in there. As usual, if you're going for any terrace you should arrive at least 45 minutes before kick-off as it gets jammed well in advance. The free park and ride shuttle bus provision is excellent, and IIRC there's another subsidised one from the city centre - possibly from outside the Europa, but I've never used it so I'm not sure. There should be a guide on the UR website.
The Errigle is a very popular spot for supporters to mix after the game, about 10 min walk from the ground. Great range of beers on tap and in the fridge. Loads of other options in the city centre too, it's a great place for a night out.
      Tis but a scratch.

Bus goes from behind the Europa 90 minutes before the game, so 6:05pm. Costs £4 - single/return. Goes back into town straight after the game. No 7 bus will take you up the Ormeau Road where you can get off and head to Errigle/Pavilion/Northern Lights for pre/post game pints. Northern Lights owned by Galway Bay Brewery. Pavilion does good food. Advised to book table if heading there for pre-game feed. There are free buses which run up to 10:30pm on the night from the ground down to Victoria Square. No taxi rank at the ground anymore. Hotel wise, plenty of chain hotels like Premier Inn and Ibis depending on your budget.

Interesting selection for Ulster - Stockdale at FB with Ludik and Gilroy on the wings. He played FB a few times last season and did well enough. Should see a bit more of the ball, and has always been effective cutting through the midfield. His defensive positioning on the wing has been a tad off recently so hope he rises to the occasion.

Awfull reffing in Kingspann today: This kind of clown will kill the game alone: Permanent off-sides, Conney was charged without the ball all the game long/ The best way to protect th game is to apply the rules correctly, and the "gugus en jaune" seems to refuse it. Gutted.
The Scots (originally Irish, but by now Scotch) were at this time inhabiting Ireland, having driven the Irish (Picts) out of Scotland; while the Picts (originally Scots) were now Irish (living in brackets) and vice versa. It is essential to keep these distinctions clearly in mind (and verce visa).

Ulster 2 points down with 13 mins to go.
Some ding dong battle in Belfast.
A try will give them a five point return

Adamson has nothing to do on the pitch today. A real shame!

Yeahhhhh! Ulster have beaten an ugly cheating team and an awful incompetent biased ref! Justice was has been done. A Quins' victory would have been a real "robb(show)erry"

Great win for Ulster. 17 games unbeaten at home now.
