    BOD to leave Leinster/follow cheika??

    O DRISCOLL TEMPTED BY STADE

Ireland captain Brian O'Driscoll has admitted he is tempted
by the possibility of linking up with Michael Cheika at Stade
    Francais in 2011.

Cheika will leave Leinster at the end of the season to
    takeover the reins at Stade.

And although O'Driscoll still has 18 months left on his
current deal with Leinster and the Irish RFU, he has
confessed that the lure of Paris could be hard to resist.

"I don't rule anything out," O'Driscoll, who turned down a
move to Biarritz in 2005, told the Irish Independent.

"(In the past) I did have a big interest in moving. I was a
bit dismayed about Leinster going through three coaches in
    three years.

"I wondered were Leinster going anywhere, but Michael
    Cheika gave us that stability.

"But that doesn't mean you have to stay in one club for
your whole career. If the situation arose, I'd certainly be
open to the idea of it.

"I still have 18 months left on my current contract. I'll wait
until he (Cheika) gets over to Paris and see if he wants an
    old, battered 32-year-old.

"I'm really happy where I am and enjoying my rugby. I'll
cross that bridge but it will be further down the track."

Was reading that yesterday. Think it came up on another thread?

Year and a half on his contract. World cup will be done. Possibly retired from international rugby? Why not? Great way to spend your last few year at the top level. Gets to experience a different league and way of life while still (hopefully) playing great rugby. Best of luck I say if that is what happens.

Tried to find previous thread containing it but no joy...maybe
a thread of its own would be appropriate.

IMO this move would literally spell the end of his international
career which would be a sad day for all Irish supporters
