Mr Clancy is in charge in Templehill for the visit of Lansdowne. Should be a good one.

          Con won 49(7T) to 17(3T)

With ten minutes or so left, Lansdowne scored under the posts. Scott Deasy converted and then restarted for Lansdowne with a Pen from Halfway.

In the absence of any obvious offence, the opinion around me was that the Pen was awarded for Lip from one of the Con boys.

Con will be first, Clontarf and Lansdowne second and third order to be decided, fourth will be Garryowen or Trinity.
Pretty much just UCD have nothing to play for in 1A.
Terenure on 23 in last then Shannon and UCC on 27 with Munsters 28 at bottom

            We lost up in Queens.

Massive result for Munsters at the weekend. Garryowen Trinity last game of the year could easily decide the last playoff place. In 2A the last play-off spot looking very interesting now. Bohs, Crescent and Queens all have tough run ins so whoever gets the spot will well deserve it. Highfield even with Bohs, Cashel and Queens left to play should be home and hosed for top with the game in hand and 5 points clear. Midelton and Bruff looking good for play-offs in 2C, Thomond with a lot of work to do to avoid the drop now! Will really need to beat either Banhor (H) or Omagh (A) and beat Seapoint in the last game of the year to keep them up
