I'm not happy with our league position, and tomorrow is a chance to stop the rot.

Let's get serious and let the players know what we expect from them.

Time to put a bit of pride back in the jersey for M.L. games too from now on

A bit of controlled aggression would not go astray.

Spot on DG,I think in the past we have been inclined to go with the flow in the ML,if things are going well we`re up for it but when things go badly we kindgo back into our shell

.Our position in the ML is getting kind of scary now and if we don`t get back to winning ways soon we could find ourselves under all kinds of presssure come next April/May when hopefully we will have other fish to fry.Its time for the crowd to make themselves heard. If we could get to even 75% of HC intensity we would go along way

It's time for the 16th man to step up. Watched Munster v Sale and Munster V Leinster semi last night just to get me in the mood (fu*king wrecked this morning). Bring it on. Will watch the final tonight

Well you could at least try. Anything less is negative.

Agree the players have to perform. But a little bit of e@@@@SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 8.5pt; COLOR: #4a4a4a; FONT-FAMILY: Verdana">ncouragement from the terraces doesn't hurt.@@@@/SPAN>

And who said that I would not try ? I merely pointed out that it seems that sometimes too much stock is put into the influence the fans have on a game. Sure it helps but ultimately if the players on the field don't perform, it's hard to expect the fans to.

    You HAVE stopped trying

Yep - just remember the Wasps game - even45,000-odd 16th men couldn't swing it, onthat sunny afternoon.

True but it still doesn't mean you shouldn't try to encourage them.

If they play well, applaud them and if they play poorly then let them know loudly that their performance is not up to scratch and is unacceptable.

    Anything else would be utterhypocricy.

With 2 off the pitch at a crucial time (one very unluckily and one through utter stupidity).

I still blame the tj for taking down his flag for the stamping by a wasps players on the wrong side of the ruck before Hendo was carded. All we would have needed was to find touch from the peno and Donnacha would've been back on so it would have been 15 v 14 in our favour instead of 13 v 15 in their favour. The only consolation is that it was a brillant game and the better team won.
