I spose at the end of the day it's a bit of fun, prob not designed to entice someone to actually buy the jersey? (was the image released/uploaded at the correct time or did the Internet steal the apps thunder?)

I am attending the new jersey launch tomorrow and will report back with an initial impression - I doubt Adidas will let me post any photos, but if they do I will.

As for the training jersey - no chance of not getting caught on the wrong side wearing that. Think it is terrible, but I cycle to work when in London so will buy several.
    Evidently ChickenTown.

It was clearly visible ahead of tinternet images , and yes, it was a bit of fun, but of course adidas are going to look to Market a new product to what they see as a ready made audience- the MRSC Facebook page has that audience- which is why it was used. I have been reliably advised that the gang behind the marketing - are very very pleased. It's got people talking , some giving out albeit.

And we know they aren't going upstairs.

O'Neills jerseys are great. We got the tight fit ones for tag rugby and they are seriously well made! Almost impossible to get off after the match though!

I'm not having a go here, but since when did Tag rugby teams have kits specially made?
What ever happened to cheap t shirts from Penneys? Its all the rage at the moment, some teams have the gear sorted out before they even learn the game.

Maybe I'm just being an auld grouch..... yes I am says the missus.

When? When it was possible, sure teams had them way back when I started playing first and they make the team look more serious, sure even some of the lads on here that play on the Dolans team have shirts made up.

The words "serious" and "tag" are not meant to be used in the same conversation.

Pretty nice Ulster kit, as usual. Somehow, their providers seem to manage to always produce decent jerseys without incorporating gold stripes, luminous yellow panels or logos, dodgy looking white stains, stars, twee slogans etc...

I see in the background, there is a new stand at the back of the goals. Looks like a temp job, but looks as if development plans are progressing above there.

Taz-Where did you get that information as I have seen nowhere that he(Penney) was ruled out?
Editor - The writer stands by the Penney information.

    Editor-
    - This article originally said Rob Penney had missed out on the Munster coaching job. That information was incorrect.

Some of the new Connacht Training kit...

Like the sublimation of the the crest into the training jersey designs sort of an extension of the HEC Kit from last year that was a huge success and can see that they're referencing the provincial flag for the colour references ...

But just cant see them (the Blue items) being a huge seller though...
