    Incidentally the MRSC London are offering a big discount on the table of 8, Bronze option...

    I know a fella who sparred with Quinny, apparently he's an animal.

    He was supposed to fight michael owen (ex Wales) but owen pulled out

    Quinny isnt the only one doing a few rounds in the ring!!!.. I signed up for Limerick Charity Boxing
    It's on in The Strand, next Sunday same time as the munster match , if anyones interested in going should be a great night. Limited amount of tickets available on the door on the night €20
