Surprised this hasn't been mentioned before.
I noticed several subtle things:
1/. Players and celebs interviewed on the pitch.
2/. Increased interaction with the videoscreens.
3/. Players mingling.
4/.Better catering. Not Le Suffrene but the burgers were reckoned to be home made and decent.
The burgers were €5 btw and players were seen in the MRSC bar too.

The Artisan BBQ on the Mezzanine level were, so I'm told, excellent. Hopefully they will be there in future. I wonder what does that mean for the Masterchef franchise ?
BBQ, mini's at half time are a plus. In fairness the burgers were streets ahead to what used to be on offer.

Also another nice touch was having the Munster contingent from the Irish Paralympic athletes , David Rudisha and Father Colm O’Connell introduced at halftime.
KUDOS to the MRSC committee for making Father Colm O'Connell a honorary lifetime member of the MRSC. Well done.

I wasn't there but all this coupled with the more frequent interviews and such on the dead-site shows there's a very big effort being made to make Munster Rugby accessible once more. Delighted to see it.

Not overly gone on having players in the MRSC bar afterwards, it's great for kids but surely they need downtime?

It was players not involved in the match day squad and they went into the MRSC bar before the match.

Yeah I thought that too.
Maybe it would be a better idea to just let kids run onto the pitch immediately after the game for 10-15 mins of photographs and signatures and all that rather than dragging the players into the bar. In the hours after a match I'd imagine they only really want to be around team-mates, family and friends.
I'm probably over-looking some H&S aspect but I really hate seeing stewards stopping kids running onto the pitch after the game.
EDIT: didn't see Taz' post. Still, meeting and greeting fans like that isn't for everybody

Interaction with the big screen is fine but you cannot see the big screen from Section 203 RowAA.

He looks really pleased to be here and the players also looked delighted to meet him. A really nice moment. What makes me smile is he's quite a tall fella at 6'3'' but in the group photo he looks small next to our resident monsters

Rudisha posted the photo of himself with the squad on twitter and got a few comments back from the Kenyan rugby community asking if he'd come support them !!
Caught a glimpse on the big screen of ROG having a look at the olympic medal when Rudisha came off the pitch after the interview as well.

That is incredible.
1.40.91 is the same as 8 x 100 metres @ 12.61375 seconds a go.
That is devastating speed & he makes it look effortless. On a threadmill I feel like I'm sprinting flat out just to go about 16 or 17 kph

Did anyone else feel that Stand Up and Fight was played a few minutes too early? Personnaly felt that any madness gained from it was well worn out by the time the teams emerged.
It was played at its normal time.
Ah it's never mad on a Sunday lunchtime, now a Dec or Jan teatime kick off, that's something else. Now they don't always go our why (Remember 2007) but they usually do, and most often the place is rocking

I mentioned the match day experience this morning in another thread - I attended a focus meeting in MP last month.
The non match day players signing and mingling was one suggestion made. And implemented.
There was a meeting in TP too.
Good baps in Dugout yesterday too.
