Harry Byrnes on the Howth Road I'd say. Cusacks on the North Strand might also be an option.
North side Dublin isn't a real hot bed for rugby, its soccer all the way and GAA for those that aspire to something better.

Ended up watching 20 mins of it in vincentsclubhouse and another 20 mins in graingers on malahide road
Nice soup and sandwiches there , more staff and tvs than customers ! So worked out fine except munster forgot how to close out a game
