    Munsters next 'Talisman'...

POC is the business and we definitely have him for a few more years...
Anyone thinking about the next Munster player in the years ahead, will be first on the teamsheet..?

    Earls...?
    Peter OMahony...?
    Butler....?
    Nagle...?
    Murray...?

Interesting one. I'm gonna stick my neck out and say Dave O'Callaghan.
Never mind perception because it isn’t real. It’s only what people think. Go out and make them think something else.

My hope would be Sherry. Every top team needs a hooker who is absolutely top of his game and nailed on for selection.

If you're talking in terms of Captain and "go to" man, then it's POM for me.

    Both good lads.

The most pleasing thing is the ammount of choices this thread throws up. Theres also a very good chance a few others could force their way into the debate over the coming seasons.

For me it will be POM, but I think we have a good crop of youngsters. It's a good thing people can't agree on one stand out player it shows the quality coming through.

Taz-Where did you get that information as I have seen nowhere that he(Penney) was ruled out?
Editor - The writer stands by the Penney information.

    Editor-
    - This article originally said Rob Penney had missed out on the Munster coaching job. That information was incorrect.
