Can anyone tell me cheapest place to buy nappies? Price seems to vary a handy bit between super value, Tesco, boots etc.
Someone should invent an app for this, like pumps.ie.

I don't know half of you half as well as I should like, and I like less than half of you half as well as you deserve.
Lidl
for newborns?

you have to watch for offers but once you are out of new born then go lidl. best and best price. 8 years using them and they are perfect.

I'm lucky enough to have Costco wholesalers in the UK.
Tesco often do good offers, but the Costco offers, when they do them, are gold.
On the downside I often have 6 boxes of nappies in the garage.

Watch Tesco and buy in bulk for as far ahead as you can. They periodically do very good deals on packs of 90 odd nappies.
Of course don't buy too much if your kid's a fast grower.
It's a shop around thing, most stores have some deal every month or so on baby stuff, always check per unit price. sometimes the deals arn't that great in reality.
Re brands, every kid is different and some brands don't seem to fit some kids, find Huggies aren't good on No. 3 but have had no problems on the others. It's a matter of trial & error at times
Nothing worse than an ill fitting nappy.

We tried all the usual "brands" which were quickly disposed of in favour of the Tesco own brand or the Lidl ones, for pure quality they are far superior and of course cheaper which is a bonus, thankfully that is behind us now, I nearly went to the pub the first night we realised we didnt have to go for nappies!!!

Tesco own brand are good. Don't buy the orange box of pampers, complete rubbish ! Just watch for the offers , centra have a good deal on that the moment.

is there much price difference between say lidl normally and pampers when they are on offer? do lidl ever do offers on them or are they always the same price pretty much?
Supervalue doing a 'deal' on boxes of 108, but when u break it down its the same per unit as buying 25. This per unit thing is very handy.
