Thanks to the lads doing this show. I'm in Perth in Australia and it's something I look forward to immensely. Setanta covers the matches (usually) but is great to get some decent analysis. Been listening for over a year now (I think) and really enjoy it. Thought it was time I gave a bit of feedback.

    Thanks

Have ye any comments or suggestions for the show? Is the show length right or are there other topics you would like covered?

    Re: Talking Rugby Podcast 2012/13

The length of the show is perfect IMO (although I could spend all day listening to rugby chat).

I listen to a fair few podcasts (guardian football weekly is excellent) and one feature I love is in The Football Ramble. They do a profile on a player or manager from the past, recent notable one's being David Ginola, Kenny Dalglish and Ian Wright, and basically take you through their career, discussing highs, lows etc. It's more of a pub chat but enlightening too. Give it a listen (the football ramble presenters can be a bit hard to take at times but you get into it) the profiles always come at the end of the show.

Hi all, I can understand you disagreeing with things said on the podcast. Thats fair enough.
It would be helpfull if you gave a little detail though. On the show I mean & what you don't like.
Munster fans not liking a Leinster or Ulster fans opinions is hardly surprising now is it?
I've no allegiance in particular to any province & even I don't always agree about some things said.

Why don't you get in touch with Dave O'Grady? Its his show after all and maybe come on one evening?

His e-mail is on the show page.

I know he's always looking out for participants, I myself am negociating with a Welsh fan (I've promised to disguise his voice so he doesn't get thrown off Glwad ) to take part during the 6 Nations.

    Regards,

Daithi (the lad who covers things French)

Alright daithi, name 2 positive things that either of the mensa candidates said about Munster.

Cupcake from Ulster, when not going on about refereeing standards was hoping that Munster make the Heineken cup final, but not sure that counts... But Ulster do need to finally win something of worth, I agree...

I turned off after the heineken and Amlin stuff....
He was as lame as a duck. Not the metaphorical lame duck either, but a real duck that was actually lame. Maybe from stepping on a land mine or something.
