Taz-Where did you get that information as I have seen nowhere that he(Penney) was ruled out?
Editor - The writer stands by the Penney information.

Editor-- This article originally said Rob Penney had missed out on the Munster coaching job. That information was incorrect.
Bloody typo above so in the results? Have they won a game in the league since they beat Midleton last season?
I was in for the Armagh match which they should have won and should be there for the derby match next weekend ( I think its Sundayswell next weekend) and I think John Hayes is around signing his book!

No, I'm working in Dublin at the moment. At times yesterday the scrum was completely dominant and at others it fell apart. Derry O'Neill and Gary Shannon looked good at loosehead but Aidan Foley at tighthead was a concern. He is a fine player but wasn't getting low enough in my opinion and the locks didn't seem to be consistently delivering power through the right shoulder which didn't help him.
But that wasn't the winning and losing of it. For 1st twenty minutes Clon cut Suttonians to ribbons and after that forgot how to attack and defend, just like the Sligo match. If they can win a game then I think they will do well for the rest of the season.
Any word on whether Hanrahan is playing tonight for Bohs?
Previews on irishrugby and knockon.ie say hanrahan is out!!!
Garryowen to win tonight with strong performance regardless of Hanrahan playing or not, pack to bully Bohs with Foley and TOD
YM to win tomorrow in a belter be by less than 3
Shannon to be beaten in Belvo
Lansdowne to beat con on the Aviva back pitch well!
Mary's to get a win over Dolphin
Bohs win 16-12. **** it anyway

UCC 10, Bective 3. HT. College playing into a stiff breeze in the first half but scored as beautiful a 70m try as I've ever seen.
Vorsprung durch Pfennig.
Finished 10-8. That's a serious College team in the making, and the Academy should be looking at Will Ryan. Lovely ball-carrying 8.
Sweetnam was 10. A classic College out-half performance, in that it was a mixture of the lovely and the cardiac-inducing. Deshperate fanchhy boots on him altogether. Shhhhtyle, hah ?
Vorsprung durch Pfennig.

Shannon lost 45-13 to Belvo, Crescent draw 15 all away to Middleton.
On the internet, you can be anything you want. It always amazes me why so many people choose to be stupid.
Cons came back from 22-3 down to Lansdowne to Win in Dublin
Dolphin beat Mary's well
Ym lost 18-11, very poor performance
Clon lost again. 20-3 up in the first half, lost 23-26. Bloody cold, but a good crowd and John Hayes there for hours signing his book.

Cashel back to winning ways.
anyone at the munsters game? heard they gave it away!
Ah in all honesty they didn't deserve it. Had a strong wind in the 1st half but tarf had all the ball, saying that we led 11-0 after 15mins through 2pens and an intercept. Tarf repeatedly built phases and grinded us down. half time was 11-10, thet scored straigth after halftime whixh sunk us, we took a while to react. A lot of poor kicking and Tarf just recycled ball than plug corners. Tarf were poor but we were worse the better team on the day won out.
A stringeresque block down didn't help matters
