Agree the other player is Johne Murphy 14 is his best position could do with him back .

If he was not our captain, it would be reasonable to play Zebo and Earls on the wing with downey and casey in the middle
I taught he was very effective in the first few games. Some posters, including myself, were commenting how he was back to his best. He struggled the last night but non of our backs particularly stood out bar Zebo. I'm confident that when we get back on the front foot and the new gameplan starts working more effectively he will start to shine again. A rest, as sketchy said, might not be a bad thing either though. 7 games on the trot for a 34? yo just back from injury might just be a bit much. Cant see it happening over the nxt 3 weeks though. Prob should have got a rest against the dragons or the Osprays.

Ya, could do with Murphy but i'd say he won't be match fit for quite some time. We could throw Dineen or Barnes out there. They would both be defensively sound but might not offer that much in attack from out wide.

He showed good pace for the Keatley try in particular but looked a little slow at the end of the match against O's but that could just be match fitness , Zebo looked wrecked just before he came off . Would need to give him more time and ideally a rest this week he has played a lot after being out for nearly a year . His tackling has been more of a worry but again i feel that will improve as the season progress .
Simon looked wrecked because he took a ferocious knock in a tackle (that wasn't obvious to the eye following the play - it was a minor miracle he wasn't injured). It was very wise to take him off, he was badly shaken.

I saw that, he was folded over his own neck.

Hope he's ok, nothing too serious. Saw the tackle on the tv and he really got creased

Anyone know if Zebo has any experience playing at 15? He was imperious under the high ball in Swansea, and he has a monster of a left boot too.

Was thinking the same Sketchy he has the attributes, Hurley is steady but he looked cumbersome on sat night
and was lucky that Earls managed to make that try saving tackle

What a tackle that was. I didn't give him a chance despite his obvious pace. He ate up the ground in seconds. It would make a quality Gif if anyone out there possesses the IT skills!!

He did the same against Dragons too. Himself and Zebo have been on a different level since they both came back. No longer the kids of the group. Very impressed.

Earls has been unreal, looks like a real leader in the side now.

I suspect Dougie will hold his place until the ship settles a bit but not looking great recently. Think that injury took something away.

he does pull them out of the bag every so often alright. usually if hes missed a tackle the player in question has a red dot on his forehead for the rest of the game

Fantastic stuff, also at the very start of the clip DOC2 takes an unmerciful hit to the head and struggles about on the ground, unfortunately the clip doesnt run long enough to see his staggering on his knees they jumping to his feet to tackle the onrushing forward with his face!! Unreal committment!
