At which venue in London is that game going to played ?
Nothing announced yet. Expectation is Wembley but it would be a headline event to officially open Saracens new stadium.
They wont have the capacity i'm afraid. The new stadium is only going to be around 10k or so. 90% sure it'll be wembley. Im looking forward to the stadium opening in Feb 2013 as its near my mums so it'll be a good day out. Also the work they are doing with the local community looks really impressive. Theres a caveat that the stadium needs to be used for local clubs and schools which they'll be able to do with a state of the art artificial grass pitch.
I'm looking at booking a hotel for a group (7 to 10) from work, where would be the best location? Was looking at Jury in Islington, I know the stadium isn't announced but has anyone else booked London.
Also, the game is scheduled for Sunday, is there any danger of that being changed as we're doing a one noght and arriving on Sunday morning.
Hi, the game wont change days, the first four are fixed and it would take a hurricane - montuban- to move it.
Where ever you stay in London you will be travelling and using a tube so it doesn't really matter, really it's not really worth worrying if you stay central ish. With that many travelling a mini cab 7 seater or two is probably much the same price wise, with the advantage of paying the driver to do a pub crawl..
Offside Ref! He's being doing it all day
Anyone any clue when the venue for this game is being confirmed?
Booked Shannon - Gatwick, Sat/Mon. €115 now.
Latest rumour is that Saracens may well play this game in their home ground.
