Typical anti limerick bias again , not a mention of thomond in those games , what a disgrace, guess we will have just to do with 3 heineken cup games , possible home qf , leinster game , ulster, connacht and 5 other ML games yet again !!

When I asked when the exact dates would be out I got the following:

The nearest thing we can say is that exact dates will be confirmed as soon as we possibly can...

I hope they have the sense to play the Leinster/Munster game in the Aviva this season on the Saturday instead of the Friday and give more of us a chance to get up to it.

Don't know about that it was a great way to start the weekend if you ask me.

Yeah yeah I bet it was, not much good for us southerners with work commitments and what not though to try and go to. We need our fix of techno lights, brash announcements and molly malone as well you know!

I honestly don't know, but have the Aviva released their days and times, or the Top 14 also?

Away to Glasgow, home to Leinster, away to Dragons and home to Zebre are the last four league matches at the business end of the season

Away to the Turks in mid-6N. Tidy; they'll be missing a lot of their key players in the backs. Opportunity to sneak some points, there.

Looking at the list there, Munster have possibly their 4 toughest games in the first 6 matches. Away to Edinburgh, Ulster, Ospreys and Leinster. The home matches are against Treviso and Dragons. A tough start for Penney if he is introducing a new game plan and experimenting. It should get easier after that.

Munster vs Leinster this season is after the HEC QF, does that mean we could possibly see understrength sides?! Irish teams generally play full sides the weekend before the HEC, as has been the case in all the recent Munster vs Leinster meetings in the league.

Hopefully when they get around to announcing dates and times they will have some regard for supporters who actually go to games this season.

Ulster v Munster in September instead of November or during the Christmas holiday - be nice to wear the red in Ravenhill without freezing my nuts off.

You can go to Leinster in Todger Park on midwinter day instead! Whether you wear red or not, your face will be blue!

Seems rather stupid for Leinster to have the Ospreys in the final round of games. There's a strong possibility that we'll be playing them either in the semi (a week later) or the final (3 weeks later).

Leinster Munster on the weekend of the 5th October will be interesting. Any predictions? I reckon Leinster by 20.

Leinster will be out by then. Expect they will play a full strength team which will have us nicely prepared for the semi final in Toulouse.

Difficult to see Penney having Munster's act together after just a handful of games, esp in the back row.

That's a tough start all right, but good prep for HEC

If we have 15-20 points out of 6 matches I'd be happy. Could very easily be as low as 8-10 .
as long as we're playing to a good pattern and tempo by the HEC with some of the younger las showing well.
