No, I didn't. I watched the highlights for the game. His assist was excellent, I'll give him that, but his two tries were more down to poor Irish defence than anything else.
He is a petulant little thug who's prone to throwing temper tantrums when things aren't going his way. He's often completely switched off in defence when his side has gone behind and tends to throw his hands up, whinge, moan and pick stupid fights.
If it was Earls, Zebo on the end of those plays you'd be lauding them. Ashton is a top class finisher, is a class act and has shown it time and again with england and saints.
He did pick a silly fight with the Manu Express who nearly removed his head from his shoulders but i can't think of many others
Haha, i completely forgot about him trying it on with the big tuilagi!! Beg your pardon, ost apologetic, still believe he's an exceptional winger and finisher regardless
I started writing this when i was still in my teens it was meant to be a love song from a spoiled misunderstood boy to a special girl with a big chest and blue eyes

Currently I'd be inclined to say-
1-Healy, 2-Best, 3-Jones, 4-AW Jones, 5-POC (c), 6-Ferris, 7-O'Brien, 8-Faletau, 9-Phillips, 10-Farrell, 11-Visser, 12-Roberts, 13-BOD, 14-North, 15-Halfpenny
Subs-Rees, Jenkins, Gray, Lydiate/Warburton, Murray, Sexton, Davies/Earls
Why are people calling for Dan Cole, a tighthead prop, to be played at loosehead????

If there isnīt at least 4 starting English, Iīll eat my MRSC hat.....
He was as lame as a duck. Not the metaphorical lame duck either, but a real duck that was actually lame. Maybe from stepping on a land mine or something.
What 4 would you think? Can see Cole, Tuilagi at 12 and Ashton starting, possibly Morgan or Easter ahead of Faletau at 8 but can't see others sneaking into starting team
Would not be sure about Tuilagi. The lack of English players may help Ashton get in but I wouldn't pick anyone outside dan cole at this point.
My hair is more important than timekeeping!
Healy Best Jones
Gray POC
Ferris Warburton
Felatau
Phillips Sexton
Roberts BOD
North Bowe
Halfpenny
The second team is nearly as good! Very few certs in the first team atm...
Only (Roberts and POC) would be pencilled in for sure at this stage.
Jenkins Hartley Cole
Davies Charteris

Earls Davies Tuilagi Ashton

"That's what's difficult. You know that O'Connell is going to be the one that will jump for the ball but you still don't manage to steal it. It's kind of annoying
"I talked about it with the Toulouse players, my final in 2006 and theirs in 2008 against Munster. I was marking Paul O'Connell and they were man-marking him too. We knew he was going to jump. But I remember I was in really good condition, with a good lift, but every time I just missed it."

A bit pointless discussing this one week into the rugby season, no?

A lot of people are staying Halfpenny for the 15 shirt but surely the in form Kearney is the best fullback in the northern hemisphere at the moment.
What are people thoughts about ROG getting a fourth tour?

Gatland has stated that age will not be a barrier.
would like to see him go on the bench but think he's got no chance of getting on the plane.
Halfpenny may not be as solid under a highball as Kearney, but kicking, tackling, pace, power and finishing are better. Think he'll be nailed on 15! I think ROG would be pushing his luck to make it. Can see Priestland, Farrell, Wilko and Sexton being ahead of him!
After yesterdays performance O Gara will be on the bench for munster!
15 halfpenny, clear stand out unless earls goes back to full back
14 north
13 tulagi/davis
12 roberts/davis
11 ashton; clear stand out
10 biggar
9 youngs/murray close call
8 ben morgan but dont be surpirsed with a call up for waldrom
7 warburton
6 ferris
5 lawes
4 gray
3 healy
2straus

Biggar i don't think he'll make it, not involved wit Wales............Gatland coaching..........doesn't fit. Like the Strauss call tho.....definite bolter!! If he declares for Ireland he'll be nailed on, was outstanding for Leinster AGAIN! For No.8 i think its between, Morgan and SOB, Easter would be the next option i think, offers so much still
